The Writing Project
June 23 - 27, 2014

This June, the Museum is partnering with the Pennsylvania Writing and Literature Project (PAWLP), one of the oldest and largest sites of the National Writing Project (NWP). PAWLP follows NWP's guiding principles and provides professional development, develops resources, generates research, and acts on knowledge to improve the teaching of writing and learning in schools and communities.

Join us June 23 - 27 from 9 a.m. - noon to feel the fossils, discover the dinosaurs, and question the curators as you explore the Delaware Museum of Natural History. Students will learn about natural history and get a behind-the-scenes look at the Museum as they create poetry, stories, and riddles about their adventures.  This camp includes an overnight stay at the Museum.
