Ways to Give

CONTRIBUTE TODAY

A young boy and his mother were standing by the African Watering Hole recently and had the following exchange:

“Wow, Mom, look! It’s Pumbaa from The Lion King!  Look at his big head…and his teeth!”
And—with wide eyes and hands on hips—“What does he eat?”

The warthog is often the center of attention around here, so we thought he would do a great job of grabbing your attention for our spring funding appeal.  He’s a terrific ambassador for the Museum because: 1) he’s a memorable mammal (who can resist that face?), and 2) warthogs are amazingly adaptable.

Successful adaptation is essential for survival.  In fact, we’ve been adapting our educational programs to meet your needs for the last 41 years.  Discovery, excitement, and inspiration are just a school bus ride or family outing away.
A trip to the Museum is fun and educational!

We need your help to keep up the good work.  A contribution from you will impact thousands of people in our community.  Last year, we served nearly 73,000 visitors.  Of those, more than 18,000 were students enriched by field trips and off-site Museum programs that reinforced their classroom experience.

Please contribute today. With friends and supporters like you pitching in, we have a great chance of reaching our $190,000 goal.  Every contribution is important.

Kindly mail your tax-deductible donation check today or use your credit card online at www.delmnh.org and click the “Donate Now” button at the bottom.

Thank you. Your gift will help us keep admission affordable and our doors open wide for everyone as we work to inspire the next generation of naturalists, scientists and good stewards of our amazing planet.

Best wishes for a summer filled with nature and fun!
